All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased by you will meet your expectations.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. A contract between you and Sakhi is formed only when we send you an order confirmation following successful payment — placing an order alone does not constitute acceptance. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information for all orders placed through our website. You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address, so that we can complete your order and contact you as needed.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase through the payment options available at checkout. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 7 - CANCELLATIONS

All orders placed on our website are final. We do not accept cancellation requests from customers once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. This applies to all orders without exception. We reserve the right to cancel an order from our end in circumstances such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification issues or delivery location constraints. SECTION 8 - EXCHANGES

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We will cover the cost of reshipping the exchanged item back to you. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items purchased during sales or at discounted prices are not eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect or wrong item is received.

We do not offer cash refunds. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, we will issue a store credit in the form of a coupon code, valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Store credit coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be applicable on sale items.

SECTION 9 - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a valid unboxing video and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. An unboxing video is mandatory and must show the parcel being opened in a single continuous shot without cuts or edits. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery or without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances. Colour variations due to screen display settings do not qualify as a defect.

SECTION 10 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated delivery timelines are provided by our courier partner and are indicative only. Sakhi is not responsible for delays caused by the courier after the order has been dispatched.
