At Sakhi, we ensure every order is carefully packed and dispatched to reach you in perfect condition. Please read this policy before placing your order.
SHIPPING DESTINATION
We currently ship within India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Orders above ₹2,000 qualify for free shipping. A flat shipping charge of ₹199 applies to all orders below ₹2,000. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your payment is successful. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link with your courier details.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. Your estimated delivery date is calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery timelines are determined entirely by our courier partner and vary depending on your location, pin code and local conditions at the time of delivery. Sakhi does not control or guarantee delivery timelines once your order has been dispatched.
An estimated delivery window will be provided by the courier at the time of dispatch via the tracking link shared with you. This estimate is provided by the courier and is indicative only. Actual delivery may take longer depending on factors such as high volume periods, public holidays, remote locations, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
If you need an order by a specific date, we recommend placing it well in advance to account for any courier delays. Sakhi is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by delays in delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and courier details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier partner's website. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
DELAYS
Sakhi is not responsible for delays caused by the courier after the order has been dispatched. Delays may occur due to high volume periods such as festive seasons, natural events, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to assist you in following up with the courier but cannot guarantee revised delivery timelines.
FAILED DELIVERY AND RETURNED PARCELS
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable or refusal of delivery, the courier will typically attempt delivery up to 2 to 3 times before marking the shipment as undeliverable and returning it to us.
In such cases, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp within 2 business days of the parcel being returned to us. The order will be held for 7 days awaiting your response. If you wish to have the order reshipped, re-delivery charges of ₹199 will apply and must be paid before the parcel is dispatched again. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure your shipping address, pin code and contact number are entered correctly at the time of placing your order. Sakhi is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
DAMAGED PARCELS AT DELIVERY
If your parcel appears visibly damaged, tampered with or unsealed at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend that you record a video before accepting or opening it. This video may be required if you need to raise an exchange request. Please refer to our Exchange & Refunds Policy for full details.
MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER
If you order multiple items, they will typically be shipped together in a single parcel. In some cases, items may be dispatched separately due to availability or packaging requirements. You will be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments.
