EXCHANGE AND REFUND QUERIES

For all exchange requests, please refer to our Exchange & Refunds Policy before contacting us. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery and must include a valid unboxing video and photographs. Queries that do not meet these requirements will not be processed.
